Registration Fees below are for the 2018 MEA Cash Cycle Seminar in Abu Dhabi, UAE:

Registration fees differ depending on your company's category and the time of registration and payment. Please review the table below for your company's category and the Delegate Registration Fees.

The Delegate Registration Fee Includes:

  • Participation in all General Sessions
  • Participation in the Sponsor Breakout Meeting Sessions (these run concurrently and therefore delegates must choose 1 to attend in each session)
  • Entry into the Sponsor Exhibition
  • Welcome Reception
  • Coffee Breaks
  • Networking Cocktail Reception
  • Delegate Luncheons
  • Delegate Appreciation Dinner

Hotel accommodations and transportation costs are not included.

Please note that fees will automatically increase if not paid by the following dates:
Early Rate – 3 August, 2017.
Conference Rate – 4 August - 5 December, 2017.
Late Rate – 6 December, 2017.
A 5% penalty will apply to all fees received after the start of the conference on 5 February, 2017.

*An Industry Supplier is any company that is not a Bank, Casino, Retailer, CMC (CIT) or Government and does not sell products or services that compete with any of the event’s Sponsors' products and/or services.

**A Competitive Industry Supplier is any company that manufactures/sells products and/or services that compete with any of the event’s Sponsors' products and/or services.

***A registered spouse/guest cannot have any representation or connection to a registered company.

Refund Policy

Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by 24th December 2017.

50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received on 25th December 2017 through 7th January 2018.

No refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received from the 8th January 2017. Sponsor delegate registrations (paid) are non-refundable but can be replaced by another delegate registration.

To Cancel

To cancel your conference registration, please write to Ms. Natasha Bajic at nbajic@currency-research.com and be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservations directly with the hotel to avoid or minimize any cancellation fees.

Photo Requirements

Upon arrival at the Seminar, all delegates will be issued a photo ID badge. Therefore, during the registration process you will have an opportunity to upload a photo to be used on your delegate badge. Please upload a current, passport style photo. For Spouses/Guests that are registered, you will have to send a passport style photo to Ms. Natasha Bajic at nbajic@currency-research.com for their badge.

Photos provided will also be printed in our Delegate Book. If for any reason, you wish to exclude your photo from being printed in our book, please contact Ms. Natasha Bajic at nbajic@currency-research.com. You are still required to upload a photo during the registration process to be used for your photo ID badge.
